DEFINITIONS

• Annual Dues: Yearly membership fee paid to TYFA by each organization.

• Annual Meeting:  Mandatory President's meeting held twice a year. 

• Bad Standing: Owe TYFA money from annual dues, purchases, fines etc.

• Exclusivity: Requirement for organizations to purchase products or services from a specific vendor.

• Membership Agreement:

• Protected Vendor: is any vendor, organization, sponsor, endorser, company, or entity that has been formally designated by TYFA as having exclusive or preferred rights to provide specific goods, services, facilities, or resources for a defined period, scope, or purpose. 

• Tenure: Discount applied to Annual Dues.

1. FOOTBALLS: These can be ordered through TYFA in March and June. These come with the TYFA logo on them which is required for Fall ball. Non-TYFA teams can order without the logo. Refer to Policy for Flag Footballs | for Tackle Footballs

2. SOFT-SHELL HELMETS: These a required to be ordered from GameBreaker as voted by the membership. TYFA has its own catalog where you can go and purchase or send the parents to purchase. These are discounted. Refer to Policy on these helmets.

3. TRIPLE-TREAT FLAG BELTS: This type of belt is required. You can order them wherever you wish. Refer to the policy on these belts.

4. PLAYER UNIFORMS: TYFA does not dictate where you purchase your uniform, but there are requirements to be complaint. Refer to the Jersey Policy when ordering your jerseys. Additionally Refer to Flag Dress Code and Tackle Dress Code.

5. VOLUNTEER UNIFORMS: TYFA has a strict Volunteer Dress Code. Please refer to it when purchasing volunteer attire.

6. MISC EQUIPMENT: Refer to Policy on misc equipment such as handwarmers, visors etc. for Flag Footballs | for Tackle Footballs
