Annual Dues: Yearly membership fee paid to TYFA by each organization.
Annual Meeting: Mandatory President's meeting held twice a year.
Bad Standing: Owe TYFA money from annual dues, purchases, fines etc.
Exclusivity: Requirement for organizations to purchase products or services from a specific vendor.
Membership Agreement:
Protected Vendor: is any vendor, organization, sponsor, endorser, company, or entity that has been formally designated by TYFA as having exclusive or preferred rights to provide specific goods, services, facilities, or resources for a defined period, scope, or purpose.
Tenure: Discount applied to Annual Dues.

FOOTBALLS: These can be ordered through TYFA in March and June. These come with the TYFA logo on them as that is required for Fall ball. Non-TYFA teams can order without the logo.
SOFT-SHELL HELMETS: These a required to be ordered from GameBreaker as voted by the membership. TYFA has its own catalog where you can go and purchase or send the parents to purchase. These are discounted.
