Kickoffs:
7u: 50-yard line
9u, 11u, 13u: 40-yard line
Safety Punts:
7u: 35-yard line
9u, 11u, 13u: 25-yard line
7u Kickoffs:
(2) Coaches per team permitted for alignment only.
Coaches shall exit the field before the play.
Violation results in a Delay of Game.
Prohibited when:
The winning team leads by 18 or more points.
Violation results in Unsportsmanlike Conduct.
Receiving team gains possession at recovery spot plus 15 yards.
3. Onside Kicks after a Safety:
Prohibited for all ages.
9u thru 13u standard NCAA punt rules apply.
7u Division:
On fourth down, the offense shall declare punt or play attempt to the Referee.
Declaration may not change unless a timeout is charged for either team.
7u punts are thrown balls.
Fake punts are prohibited.
The Referee hands control by holding the ball.
The play becomes live once the punter takes possession.
Live means the defense can rush, the Gunners can run down field and the punt may be returned.
A quick kick is defined as a surprise punt executed on an early down (usually second or third) from a standard offensive formation, rather than a traditional punting formation.
7u quick kicks are permitted only if the ball is physically kicked.
