Grace Period: A shared timeframe to resolve administrative or team issues (15 minutes in Spring; 30 minutes in the Fall).
Both teams do not get their own; it is shared.
The time allowed can be used up by different issues; but each issue does not get a new time period. It is what is left.
E.g., Titans vs Warriors in the Fall. The Grace Period is 30 minutes. The host has no chains and 15 minutes is used waiting for them. That leaves 15 minutes for any other issue that the Grace Period can be used for.
